Terms of Service

These terms govern Trendwatch Analytics, operated by AI Content Agency LLC. By using this app, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Authorized analytics use

Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. You must be an adult and comply with each connected platform's terms and applicable law. Do not attempt to access another user's reports, evade access restrictions or misuse platform data.

Read-only service

The app retrieves and presents available account and content analytics. It does not publish, delete or alter your social content. You retain ownership of your content and data. The review pilot is provided without a subscription charge; these terms do not create a paid subscription.

Availability and limitations

Report availability depends on platform approval, account type, privacy thresholds, processing delays and API quotas. Counts can differ between report sources or collection times. Some integrations remain in testing or awaiting review. We do not guarantee access to every metric, uninterrupted availability, approval by a platform or any business result.

Disconnect and termination

You may stop using the app and remove a connection at any time through the deletion process. We may suspend access for abuse, security incidents or platform requirements. Data retention and deletion follow the Privacy Policy.

YouTube terms

This app uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube functionality, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google handles platform sign-in under its own terms and privacy policy.
