Who operates the app

Trendwatch Analytics is operated by AI Content Agency LLC. Contact: ceo@ai-content.agency. This policy covers this analytics application, not other agency products.

Information we access

After you authorize a supported platform, we access the connected account's identifier, profile name, published-content metadata, engagement and performance statistics, and aggregate audience reports available under the permissions you grant. YouTube reports may include views, engaged views, watch time, average view duration, retention, likes, dislikes, comments counts, shares, subscriptions and unsubscriptions, devices, countries and aggregate age/gender percentages. Instagram reports include professional profile information and available media insights. TikTok access will only become available after its review and a separate owner authorization.

We store OAuth access/refresh tokens to request these reports. We do not receive your social-platform password. We do not request message content, publishing, advertising management or monetary-report permissions.

Purpose and sharing

We use authorized information only to display and maintain the analytics you request. The connecting browser session can access its own connections. We do not sell user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models. We do not combine private account reports into publicly identifiable cross-customer profiles.

API requests go to the platform you connect. Hosting providers process the application's encrypted storage and necessary operational traffic to operate the service. We do not make your private dashboard public. Human access is limited to the account holder and authorized support personnel when necessary to resolve a user-requested issue, meet a legal obligation or address security abuse.

Security and cookies

Connections and stored analytics are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Production transport uses HTTPS. Essential session cookies are HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax; we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Operational errors record a non-sensitive error code, not tokens or report contents.

Retention and deletion

Analytics snapshots and connection records expire after 29 days without refresh. Successful reconnection or collection renews that period. Expired records are purged automatically. Disconnecting immediately deletes the connection's tokens and stored analytics from this application's active database and stops future collection. The hosting provider may retain encrypted storage snapshots for up to 1 day; these are not used for active collection after you disconnect.

Use the dashboard's Disconnect and delete action or request deletion at ceo@ai-content.agency. Contact requests are verified against account ownership and processed within 7 days. Deleting data here does not delete your social account or content. You may also revoke platform permissions in Google Account connections or the corresponding Instagram/TikTok connected-app settings.

Google API data

Trendwatch Analytics uses YouTube API Services. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. See also the Google Privacy Policy.

Your choices and contact

You may decline access, disconnect, request access to or correction/deletion of stored information, or contact us with a privacy complaint. The service is intended for adult business users. Policy changes will be published here with an updated effective date.
